Err, sorry to contradict you but actually 99% of RPG work this way, I think you're confused. In RPG games, quests usually require you to collect items in order to give them to a NPC in exchange of a reward. Which RPG games did you play?

This is actually not a bug. The quest takes your items and it's an expected behavior.

Issue fixed. It will be available in the next app update (if you're on Android, it should be available within a few hours while, if iOS, it may take up to 24 hours).

The inbox feature was added a lot of time ago. We improved our coding skills a lot over time, so I'm fairly sure we'll be able to provide a good fix within 24 hours for this bug :) Thanks for your kind words.

May I ask if this happens both in PvP and Adventure or only in Adventure mode? Thank you!

Please note a "placeholder" mail is temporarily loaded at first when the mailbox opens, then disappears. It's not a real mail though, it's just the loading phase of the mails.
